All packages should be shipped to 1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway Conyers Ga 30013 Attn: Home and Garden Your Name or Business. No items should arrive prior to January 24, 2018
Q: Where can we get promotional material for our retail store about the event?
We have posters and postcard invitations available for our vendors. Please contact your salesperson or email@example.com if you need extra postcards and posters.
Q: What time should exhibitors arrive and be setup by?
Exhibitors set up times are 10am to 8pm on Friday, January 26. Please arrange with your sales representative if you need to arrive earlier. Booths should be completely set up no later than 8:00 am on Saturday. There will be no vehicle access to the exhibit hall Saturday morning. Please park in the red parking lot.
Q: Will there be a special loading/unloading area? If so, where?
There is access all around the building through garage type roll up doors. This is a loading and unloading only area no parking.
Q: Where do exhibitors park?
Free parking is available in the Red Parking Area. There is no parking near the building.
Q: Can we have pop-up tents at our exhibit? If so, what are the size limits?
Pop-up tents/canopies may not exceed the 15′ maximum height or extend outside the 10x10 footprint.
Q: Can we have flags or other banners at our exhibits? If so, what are the size limits?
The booths are arranged in an open exhibit hall with only Pipe and Draping for dividers.
Therefore, if you have a banner, you will need to provide your own means to hang it. Flag banners are allowed. Any banners you bring must fit within your booth area and be less than 8 feet tall.
Q: Will vehicles be allowed to be displayed on the exhibit floor?
Vehicles are allowed to be displayed if it fits within your allotted booth space with a drain pan underneath. Please make sure to schedule your load-in time with your sales representative or Jennifer Hargrove at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can we use microphones or voice enhancers at our booth?
No microphones or voice enhancers are allowed in Vendor Booths.
Q: Is there an electrical outlet available at our booth?
Only certain booths have access for electrical access. There is an extra fee associated with this usage. Please contact your sales representative or go to the website to order electrical access.
Q: During the exhibit, who will be the contact and how will we contact this person if there are questions or problems?
Two personnel from our team will be present at the front registration table at all times during the expo.
Q: Are we allowed to bring food and drink into the exhibit hall?
Personal food and drink is allowed at your booth. However, please see our exhibitor tips in how to maintain a professional booth.
Q: Are we allowed to sell food and drink at the Expo?
No, all food and beverage products must be pre-packaged for attendees to purchase and take home. You may, however, offer samples. If you are providing samples or have a demonstration that involves food preparation, please refer to our Temporary Food Service Requirements form.
Q: What time can exhibitors start to break down their exhibits and by what time will they need to be out of the exhibit hall?
Vendors must keep their booth set up until 3pm when the show closes. 3-7pm are breakdown times. If there is an issue with removing items from the exhibit hall during that period, please contact Jennifer Hargrove (email@example.com) to schedule a load out time.
Q: Where onsite will the exhibitors check in?
A check in table will be at the entrance of the exhibition hall.
Q: What are the show’s hours?
The Expo will be open to attendees from 10 am to 3 pm.
Q: Is there a fee to attend the Expo?
Attendance to the event is free. There will be a $5 parking fee per vehicle.

Q: Where is the Expo and how do I get there?
The Expo is being held at the Georgia International Horse Park (GIHP) Exhibition Center, 1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30013
To get to the GIHP, take Exit 82 off Interstate 20 in Conyers. Travel north approximately 4 miles. Turn right onto Centennial Olympic Parkway. The main entrance to the park is 2 miles ahead on the right. Enter through Gate C, which is the main gate.
An alternative route to the Park is via Salem Road (Exit 84) off Interstate 20. Take Exit 84 and travel north approximately 1 mile. At Gees Mill Road, turn right and the Georgia International Horse Park Gate A is 2.5 miles on the right. To continue to the main gate (Gate C), continue past Gate A and turn right at the stop sign onto Centennial Olympic Parkway. The main entrance will be on your right.
