We are currently accepting applications for the 2018 East Metro Atlanta’s Health & Fitness Expo presented by Alcovy Media. Register early and save.
The East Metro Atlanta Health & Fitness Expo has quickly become the largest Health & Fitness Expo in the East Metro Atlanta area with almost 2,000 attendees.
Our merchants are able to reach thousands of qualified consumers in the East Metro Atlanta area. As a sponsor or exhibitor, you’ll be introduced to individuals and families throughout the Atlanta area who are interested in healthy living. In addition, our guest speakers and family features are designed to keep the attendees at the show longer and encourage them to explore each and every vendor.
WHY THE EAST METRO ATLANTA HEALTH & FITNESS EXPO?
The East Metro Atlanta Health & Fitness Expo invites our local communities to make healthy choices and to learn more about health and fitness directly from the source – our local health minded businesses and and medical services. Located in the Georgia International Horse Park’s 30,000 sq. ft. indoor Exhibition Center, we provide a family and pet-friendly environment where attendees can get information from our vendors on how to improve their lifestyle. General Admission is FREE for our event. Parking fee is $5.
It’s important to our vendors and sponsors to have a captive audience. Because of that, we will ensure that certain categories of businesses will be limited to include the widest variety of vendors for our attendees. If you’re interested in participating in our event as a vendor or a sponsor, make sure to contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible to reserve your booth space. Spots will fill up quickly.

BOOTH AMENITIES: 8′ back / 3′ Side Pipe and Drape, Company ID Sign, Trash Can, Security is provided from Friday, January 26, 2018 through Saturday, January 27, 2018. Carpeting, Electric, Internet, Table & Chair Rentals are available.

BOOTH SPACE: All activity must take place INSIDE your booth space. All items, whether on display or in storage must fit inside the booth at all times. All business must be conducted within your booth. Addressing attendees, carrying/posting signs, handing out flyers, etc. outside your booth is not permitted. PLEASE PLAN YOUR SPACE NEEDS/LIMITS IN ADVANCE.
TENTS/CANOPIES: Pop-up tents/canopies may not exceed the 15′ maximum height or extend outside the 10x10 footprint.
SALES TAX: Exhibitors are responsible for collecting appropriate GA sales tax; however, you do not need to turn in a tax form at the end of the show.
CARPETING: The expo floor is not carpeted. You can bring your own or order carpet from our preferred vendors.
FOOD SAMPLING: Sample sizes are limited to 4 oz. of beverage and 2 oz. of food.
SECURITY: 24-hr security is provided, but please use common sense precautions when your booth is not staffed.
VENDOR PASSES / VENDOR PARKING PASSES: Passes will be available for pick-up on Friday, January 26 from 10am – 7pm during vendor load-in. Passes will also be available on Saturday, January 27 from 7am until show opening at the main registration table. All passes must be picked up by show opening and will not be distributed after doors open.
LOADING IN: Booth set up is Friday, January 26 from 10am – 7pm. It is preferred that all set up is completed on this date. If you can handle your setup COMPLETELY between 7:00am – 8:30am, you may set up on Saturday morning on January 27. Setups MUST be complete 30 minutes prior to show open. No parking is allowed at the building on Saturday morning.
PARKING: Vendor parking is available and included with your exhibitor fee.
